About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the end‑to‑end data and analytics strategy for External Supply
- Establish and enforce data governance standards and quality rules
- Drive integration of ES data into enterprise platforms
- Oversee data, analytics, automation, and reporting workstreams
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to ES Creation Centers
- Provide data‑driven insights for prioritization and investment decisions
- Champion a value‑driven delivery mindset
- Ensure alignment with ES and PGS strategic objectives
- Drive a culture of data literacy and evidence‑based decision‑making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field with 6+ years of experience OR Master’s degree (preferred) with 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / 3+ years of experience as a Data Architect
- Exceptional knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Ability to Innovate
- Familiarity with emerging AI frameworks and libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector stores)
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices for regulated environments
- Practical expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing Agentic AI systems
- Experience with Software engineering best-practices, including version control, CI/CD, automated unit testing, DevOps
- Experience designing end-to-end AI pipelines across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of AWS Cloud stack and modern data platforms
- Working knowledge of Biotech / Pharma Supply Chain experience is a plus
