Create high-impact content: Write and edit compelling content across formats — blogs, bylines, whitepapers, web copy, video scripts, event narratives, and social storytelling.
Translate technical to human: Partner with product, AI, and engineering teams to distill complex technology into engaging, plain-language stories that resonate with buyers, analysts, and other influencers.
Elevate thought leadership: Collaborate with executives to craft point-of-view pieces, keynote messages, and perspectives that advance Cyara’s leadership position in AI and CX.
Drive editorial excellence: Maintain narrative consistency across owned, paid, and earned channels.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with corporate comms, product marketing, events, and demand gen to ensure content aligns with pipeline and brand goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in content strategy, storytelling, or editorial roles within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or CX technology.
Exceptional writing and editing skills — you know how to find the human story in complex ideas.
Strong understanding of how to tailor stories for different audiences (executives, analysts, prospects, customers).
Ability to translate product or technical insights into business and emotional value propositions.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and communications teams.
Proven track record of crafting thought leadership that builds credibility and drives engagement.
A self-starter with high creative energy, editorial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
