Role Overview
- Turn business needs into well‑designed, reliable IT services
- Design service models integrating all technical, operational, and support elements
- Collaborate with value stream leads, delivery teams, and third‑party partners
- Ensure documentation is complete and knowledge is transferred for service delivery
- Improve service design practices and optimize based on real operational data
Requirements
- Solid understanding of ITIL (ideally v4)
- Experience in service design or service architecture within an operations environment
- Comfortable working with ITSM tooling
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps approaches
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work flexibly and iterate quickly in an Agile environment
- Strategic and practical thinking about service outcomes
