About this role
Role Overview
- Be the guardian of the visual identity, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Evolve and maintain the style guide and visual standards, supporting scalability and alignment across teams
- Create layouts for the corporate website, landing pages, and digital campaigns with a focus on clarity, hierarchy, and conversion
- Develop assets for social media, commercial materials, and presentations with high visual quality and strong narrative
- Support product deliveries with a UI perspective, including prototypes and interface refinement where applicable
- Work with organization and componentization to facilitate maintenance and evolution of assets and visual systems
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product, advocating solutions based on design principles, context, and objectives
- Monitor implementation and ensure design fidelity through to final delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Designer (preferably in digital environments, brands, or product teams)
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma and/or Adobe)
- Strong fundamentals in composition, typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and layout construction
- Ability to translate requests into structured deliverables, with autonomy and a sense of priority
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with consistency and predictability
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Esteio (on-site 2 days per week)
- Experience in a technology or digital product company (plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools (plus)
- Experience with UI, design systems, and componentization (plus)
- Basic knowledge of motion design for micro-interactions and dynamic assets (plus)
- Knowledge in producing performance-focused assets (conversion, CTR, A/B testing) (plus)
- Portfolio with real case studies showing reasoning, process, and results (plus)
