responsible for the execution of General Ledger continues improvement activities assigned to Perrigo Services International Poland
consolidate and own R2R Continues Improvement Agenda (both processes & systems)
create Excel automations for manual templates based on macro solutions
act as Cadency System Administrator, supporting business users in their queries, reassigning accounts for reconciliations, driving Cadency standard process and accounts mapping in line with Global Policy
creation of standard process guideline for Cadency journal entry technical bottlenecks resolution
contribute to the completion of the month-end close process, including posting entries in accordance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

Master’s Degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
Additional Accounting Certification would be a plus
Solid knowledge of Finance in general and General Ledger in particular
At least 3 years experience in similar role within Business Shared Service Centre structures
Prior stand alone execution of continues improvements and projects delivery
Proactive in driving change
Familiarity with Cadency or Blackline
Ability to design process maps (Visio/PPT)
SAP Finance experience
Fluent in English and Polish
Advanced command of Excel, incl. macros/VBA
