You build close relationships with residents and maintain them in everyday life
Through individualized, holistic and activating care and support, you help preserve the residents' quality of life
You are responsible for the independent planning, organization and implementation of the residents' social care
General tidying and housekeeping in resident areas are part of your duties
You are also jointly responsible for complying with hygiene and accident-prevention regulations
Requirements
You have completed training as a caregiver/care assistant (m/f/d)
Great but not required: you have already gained experience in intensive nursing care
A positive attitude toward relatives, enjoyment in working with and for our residents, and respect for colleagues are among your qualities
You are enthusiastic about challenging tasks and varied areas of responsibility
