About this role
Role Overview
- Provide treatment-focused nursing care and monitor residents' vital signs
- Support the Head of Nursing with disciplinary staff management, staffing/scheduling and staff development
- Ensure continuous improvement of care and quality standards
- Organize, evaluate and optimize workflows
- Accompany residents to events, celebrations and outings
- Contribute to the strategic direction and conceptual development of the facility
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in general nursing or geriatric nursing
- University degree with a focus on nursing management or an equivalent qualification (not required)
- Completed basic course in out-of-hospital intensive care (120 hours)
- Innovative, change-oriented and strong communicator
- High empathy, strong problem-solving skills and a capacity to drive improvements
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications
