Role Overview
- Ensure individualized care of our residents according to the care concept
- Support and accompany mechanically ventilated residents in daily life, at events and celebrations, and on outings
- Monitor residents' vital signs through intensive patient observation
- Organize and perform nursing measures taking residents' health conditions into account
- Provide guidance to residents and involve family members in the care process
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric, or general health and nursing care
- Additional qualifications in intensive care (advantageous)
- Positive, respectful approach to residents' family members
- Enjoyment of working with residents
- Respectful attitude toward colleagues
- Enthusiasm for challenging tasks
