Role Overview
- Ensure the individual care of our residents in accordance with the facility’s nursing concept
- Responsible for supporting ventilated residents in daily life, at events/celebrations and on outings
- Monitor residents’ vital signs through intensive patient observation
- Organize and professionally carry out nursing interventions
- Provide guidance to residents and involve relatives in the care process
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (geriatric, pediatric, or health and nursing care)
- Highly desirable but not required: prior qualifications or experience in intensive care nursing
- Positive attitude toward relatives and enjoyment in working with our residents
- Enthusiasm for challenging responsibilities
