Head of Department – Intensive Care

Role Overview

• Carrying out treatment nursing and monitoring residents' vital signs
• Independent disciplinary leadership, staff planning, and staff development
• Ensuring high-quality nursing care and standards
• Responsible for onboarding new staff
• Supporting medical rounds and communicating with physicians
• Accompanying residents to celebrations, events, and outings

Requirements

• Completed training in nursing (health and nursing care) or an equivalent qualification
• Certification as a nursing specialist (200-hour course) is a plus
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in healthcare is advantageous
• Commitment, teamwork, and reliability
