Build creative, CFO-level economic narratives including quant models, engineered benefits, and scenario-based value cases
Advise senior leadership on commercial constructs, value levers, pricing logic, and deal economics
Act as the value authority across the pursuit
ensuring the economics reinforce the strategy and the client’s priorities
Example: Design a multi-year transformation value case that connects operational levers to EBITDA impact, capital efficiency, and cash unlock
enabling a CEO and CFO to greenlight the investment

Strong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy
MBA preferred
10-15 years of deep expertise in financial modeling, business case design, and commercial strategy
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to challenge assumptions and reshape deal economics
Comfortable designing value systems that hold up to CFO scrutiny
Strong problem structuring and hypothesis driven thinking skills
Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights
Experience leading complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking
Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines
Comfortable driving large scale strategic deals and C suite problem solving
