About this role
Role Overview
Define brand positioning, core messaging, and brand personality;
Develop the strategic marketing plan and translate it into campaigns, a calendar, and priorities;
Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring clarity, autonomy, and consistent delivery standards;
Approve campaigns, materials, launches, and creative proposals, ensuring brand coherence;
Integrate branding, digital, trade, and communications into a single, consistent, and continuous vision;
Lead 360° campaigns, connecting digital presence, brand experience, trade, and performance;
Work closely with Sales, aligning strategy, channels, and conversion cadence;
Monitor and analyze key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, CAC, ROI, campaign performance, digital) to guide decisions;
Manage budget, vendors, and priorities, directing investments to maximize impact;
Track market movements, competition, and trends to anticipate and adjust course;
Be accountable for the coherence, performance, and evolution of the brand in both the short and long term.
Requirements
Experience leading a complete Marketing function or area;
Experience with 360° campaigns (brand + digital + trade);
Ability to structure strategy and ensure continuous execution;
People leadership (direction, development, and alignment);
Strong analytical skills for KPI interpretation (sell-in, sell-out, CAC, ROI, performance);
Clear, data-driven decision-making, with a focus on priorities and business context;
Objective, confident communication aligned with senior leadership;
Aesthetic sensibility and attention to consistency to protect brand identity and narrative;
Ownership mentality: presence, responsibility, and delivery pace.
