Support the execution of the global digital marketing plan, focusing on content creation and management;
Provide operational and analytical support for digital initiatives, consolidating metrics and performance reports;
Manage the editorial calendar and monitor publications, ensuring deadlines, approvals and message consistency;
Create, adapt and review content for social media, website and external media (posts, banners, blog posts, technical articles, emailings and promotional materials);
Support the creation and updating of pages and digital assets (landing pages, forms, CTAs and downloadable materials);
Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions, producing insights and recommendations for improvement;
Track results on lead-generation platforms (e.g., UL Prospector, SpecialChem and others), ensuring data quality and standardization;
Support digital measurement best practices (UTMs, tracking, campaign naming conventions and file organization);
Organize and maintain the digital asset library and marketing materials;
Conduct market research and benchmarking with clients and competitors;
Identify trends, opportunities and key learnings relevant to digital channels;
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, client materials and internal trainings;
Assist with nurturing initiatives and integrated campaigns (email marketing, social media, webinars and paid media when applicable);
Coordinate briefs and deliverables with partner teams and external vendors;
Contribute to ad-hoc Global Marketing projects such as events, product launches, website updates and trend studies.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in: Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Communication, Journalism or Marketing (expected graduation by 2028)
