Define and implement a forward-looking security films portfolio
Develop strategic and operational initiatives as well as innovative product and design concepts
Act as an active interface with Sales and Marketing for the launch and commercialization of the product portfolio
Continuously monitor competitors and derive opportunities and risks
Requirements
University degree, preferably in engineering, natural sciences, business, or an MBA
Relevant professional experience in product management, strategic planning, or in engineering/R&D, ideally in the film industry or related sectors
Passion for aesthetics and design
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Team-oriented working style
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
