Catering Operations Manager, day shifts, weekends off

Role Overview

• You and your five-person team prepare the lunch service for approximately 200 guests daily (fresh kitchen)
• You create the menu plans
• You prepare the monthly closing
• You are responsible for budget and cost control
• You communicate with the client

Requirements

• Completed training as a cook (m/f/d) required
• Professional experience as an operations manager or head chef (m/f/d) required
• Experience analyzing business/financial key figures (KPIs) required
