About this role
Role Overview
Manage AMS support operations for the clients under your responsibility.
Coordinate technical support teams (L1, L2 and L3).
Monitor the contract’s operational and financial KPIs.
Ensure service governance through structured processes and executive reporting.
Act as the primary client point of contact.
Manage stakeholder expectations across different levels.
Conduct executive meetings and monitoring committees.
Lead the client-dedicated squad, fostering technical and behavioral development.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing and leading AMS support services (preferably SAP).
Strong experience in team leadership, with the ability to develop, mentor and engage professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or IT.
Current ITIL 4 certification.
Training in Project Management, MBA or postgraduate specialization.
Experience with BRIM (SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
