Requirements
A positive, driven personality (we can teach sales, but we can’t teach attitude)
Strong communication skills and a love for building relationships
Comfortable with tech and learning new systems
A basic understanding of business language (customers, invoices, profit—you know, the usual)
Previous sales or call centre experience is a bonus—but not essential
