About this role
Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end sourcing process across all campaign buckets, acting as the SPOC for sourcing operations across international markets.
Cooperate with KAMs, 1P, 1F, B2B, and International Sellers to secure high-quality offers and ensure strategy alignment.
Orchestrate entry criteria for sourcing buckets by gathering business needs from Campaign, Marketing, Advertising, and Category teams.
Verify offer quality and maintain direct communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to report on sourcing progress and results.
Identify business expansion opportunities by analyzing market potential, researching competitors, and providing actionable recommendations for growth.
Shape ideas into projects by conceptualizing market-specific or category-specific initiatives that drive merchant incentivization.
Boost Partners engagement by developing processes that encourage participation in campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and content effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and execute optimization plans.
Prioritize and drive campaign concepts from ideation to implementation, ensuring all initiatives align with company KPIs.
Manage and report outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders while providing mentorship and support to less experienced colleagues across the organization.
Requirements
Have at least 5 years of professional experience in data processing and business processes, ideally within the e-commerce or retail sector.
Are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or MS Office (Excel).
Speak Polish at a C1 level and English at a B2 level or higher.
Possess strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Are a creative problem-solver with a high level of learning agility and excellent communication skills.
Are well-organized, able to work effectively under time pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
