You act as the link between our clients and regional management
As an on-site contact person, you assist parking users and our clients
You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
You check compliance with the posted parking regulations
You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
On-site, you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumable supplies at the locations, replenishing them as needed
You support new employees during onboarding

Valid Class B driver's license
Availability to work shifts Monday through Saturday as part of a 40-hour workweek
Good command of German
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Self-motivated, responsible, and conscientious work approach
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
Relevant experience, e.g. as security personnel/security services, qualified protection and security specialist, in airport/retail/transport/ logistics sectors, as a parcel delivery or courier driver, service staff, driver or delivery driver
