Handling and managing incoming customer inquiries and first contact by phone
Preparing quotes, performing cost calculations and conducting research
Supporting Account Managers in the daily sales process
Coordinating with technical teams, purchasing and suppliers
Maintaining quotes, projects and customer data in the CRM
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training (HAK/HLW/HTL/apprenticeship)
Initial experience in inside sales or a comparable role
Interest in IT topics and a strong willingness to learn
Strong communication skills, service-oriented attitude and structured way of working
Good MS Office user skills; CRM experience is an advantage
