About this role
Role Overview
Deliver excellent customer service across all channels, meeting orders and enquiry needs
Keep customers informed of order or enquiry updates in a professional and courteous manner
Support sales targets by collaborating with the sales team and performing value-added activities
Follow company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct
Identify customer needs and opportunities to grow the business through a high-touch approach
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders
Contribute to improving business processes and policies using continuous improvement methods
Support the customer service team in meeting and maintaining customer expectations
Maintain and update customer information accurately in SAP
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and time management
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Eager to learn, take ownership, and drive results
