Senior Social Media Expert, Paid Media – Automation & AI

Role Overview

• Develop and manage strategic paid media planning for all social media channels and campaigns, including TikTok and Reddit
• Build an integrated approach to content production and a strategic test-and-learn process to drive outstanding client results
• Evaluate and further develop the existing targeting approach using creative, data-driven methods
• Establish a cross-funnel measurement framework to assess brand impact across the sales funnel
• Develop concepts to actively integrate daily dialogue and influencer marketing into the sales funnel
• Lead the development and implementation of an AI strategy for the creation, deployment and optimization of paid social campaigns

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field
• Minimum seven years of experience in planning and optimizing social media campaigns, ideally with both agency and client-side experience
• Deep understanding of platform mechanics (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit)
• Proven experience in developing and implementing promotional concepts for TikTok and Reddit
• Automation of paid media process steps using AI solutions
• Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to translate complex content into audience-focused, visually appealing formats and to communicate confidently in German (C1) and English (at least B2)
