Role Overview
Design and optimize AI-based campaign processes
Develop, implement and optimize processes for retention and activation campaigns
Automate campaign workflows in the CRM with a focus on personalization
Work closely with campaign, analytics and data science teams to integrate AI models
Requirements
Completed degree in Data Science, Marketing Technology, Business Informatics, CRM Management or a comparable field
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation
Experience with AI technologies such as Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics or Natural Language Processing
Confident use of analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of retention and activation strategies and the customer journey
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
Team player with clear, empathetic communication in German (C1) and English (at least B2)
