Participate in creative reviews and critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Support junior designers by reviewing files, mentoring on responsive design, and ensuring consistent application of design systems.
Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Document design systems, visual rules, and rationale for future use and scalability.
Communicate project status and blockers through Jira and regular cross-team syncs.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in web or graphic design (with a strong focus on web).
Advanced Figma skills
including components, libraries, and design tokens.
Expertise in responsive design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
Working understanding of HTML/CSS, browser behavior, and developer collaboration.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization challenges (multi-language support, RTL layouts).
Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
