Role Overview
- Execution of ongoing budgeting and forecasting processes and preparation of budget vs. actual analyses at site and company level
- Supporting school principals and executive management in the oversight of the academies for nursing professions and management
- Preparation, processing and analysis of business performance metrics
- Optimization of existing controlling tools and data structures
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance, or completed commercial vocational training with further qualification as a Controller
- Prior experience in controlling, ideally in a company with group/site structures
- Strong IT affinity and solid Excel skills
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Excellent communication skills
