Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from Roseburg, OR
