Deliver outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
Stay Safe & Compliant: embrace the physical nature of the role including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle.
Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Bowie, MD
Schedule availability required: Four weekdays & 1 weekend day required.
