Role Overview
- Act as the technical bridge between engineering and support solutions for customers.
- Develop and maintain ILS documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product supportability and reliability.
- Drive development of fault management/testability within products.
- Contribute to spares planning, obsolescence management, and lifecycle cost optimization.
- Support reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analysis.
- Analyze field issues and coordinate root cause investigations.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in engineering.
- Alternatively, a background from the Armed Forces with a role in technical services.
- Experience in developing fault management and testability for systems.
- Experience in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) is a merit.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Pass a security vetting based on current regulations.
