You are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
This includes handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Providing information about our products and services and resolving client issues by phone and email.
Requirements
Some prior experience in phone-based customer support.
Experience in banking or financial services is a plus but not required.
An interest in international financial markets and financial products.
Excellent written and spoken German.
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Confident PC skills with an affinity for internet and software applications.
