Managing, updating, and enhancing the Annuity, RIA, and other CMD Web Properties.
Work with various internal and external teammates to ensure our Web Properties are continually maintained, and best in class.
Responsible for maintaining Rates on various Web Properties by partnering with the Rates Committee.
Stay up to date on Web Publishing methodologies and practices by utilizing Adobe DAM.
Back up various Marketing Technology teammates on other Web Property sites, collaborate on Sales Enablement tools, and provide valuable input to leaders and stakeholders to maintain a "best in class" experience for our end users.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study is preferred
Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing various stages of the digital product life cycle is required, particularly as it relates to enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Sales Portal).
A strong technical background with specific knowledge of more common elements of a Marketing Technology stack (e.g., web technologies, SFMC, SF Sales Cloud, CVENT, sales enablement tools, etc.).
Hands on technology implementation experience in software development or system architecture, is required.
An ability to convey complex ideas clearly and to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
Outstanding organizational skills and demonstrated success working in highly matrixed organizations.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding the Annuity line of business including RIA, rates, and product enhancements.
Ability to adapt to an evolving MarTech roadmap and Enterprise-wide Technology initiative.
Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions with minimal guidance.
Team player who can collaborate with teammates.
