You are responsible for preparing the technical planning required for permitting and execution of infrastructure projects, especially in the context of the energy transition.
You manage and coordinate external service providers (in particular specialist planning firms) to ensure the timely, high-quality submission of prepared and reviewed documents.
You are responsible for preparing the technical documentation for tenders of planned infrastructure projects and coordinate closely with Procurement.
You advise and support on technical issues and coordinate closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are permitable and executable.
You manage the (sub-)project to schedule, budget and quality targets and proactively develop solutions when deviations occur.
You improve project organisation by optimising and further developing processes, tools, standards and competencies within the (sub-)project.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree, e.g. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Transport Planning or Industrial Engineering
Several years of experience in managing and leading projects, ideally in the infrastructure or construction sector (e.g. grid expansion)
Strong knowledge of the processes for preparing technical planning with a focus on overhead line construction
Good understanding of the technical aspects of infrastructure projects, including construction and environmental engineering
Sense of responsibility to make well-founded decisions while weighing risks
Organisational talent for planning and coordinating complex projects
Strong interpersonal and team skills as well as excellent communication skills
Project management certification (IPMA, PMI or equivalent) desirable
Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
