Role Overview
- Define the project scope in line with the contract
- Build the project schedule and ensure its execution
- Lead a team of consultants in their activities and skills development
- Monitor progress through the project phases
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate risks to the Project Director
Requirements
- Several successful experiences implementing and managing HRIS projects
- Proficiency with an integrated HRIS or payroll solution (Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Cegid, HR Access...)
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus
- Team player, committed, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented, curious about functional and technical topics
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
