About this role
Role Overview
In phone-based customer contact, you provide information about local parking management and, together with your teammates, are responsible for complaint handling for inquiries from parking users by phone.
Together with your teammates you process inquiries from parking users received by daily mail, email, or fax.
You support the qualitative and data-protection-related review of recorded parking incidents before queries are made to the Federal Motor Transport Authority (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt).
Contribute to the team and participate in special projects.
Together with your teammates, you work to take our customer service to the next level and set standards in customer interactions.
You are responsible for onboarding new customer service employees.
You act as the main point of contact for employees, regional management, and the head of customer service.
You handle complex cases as part of second-level case processing.
Preparing and providing all master data relevant to customer service rounds off your responsibilities.
Requirements
Professional experience in customer service / administrative processing or as a call center agent (m/f/d)
A commercial/business education is desirable
Strong customer and service orientation
Willingness to work until 7:00 PM, on Saturdays (every 4 weeks) and Sundays (every 3 months)
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Good Microsoft Office skills
