Manage commercial activities for assigned commercial accounts
Identify growth opportunities and lead solution development
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
Translate customer needs into actionable commercial strategies
Coordinate internal resources to deliver differentiated offerings
Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data
Monitor account performance and drive profitability
Partner with Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams
Represent sales in internal forums and customer engagements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, industry or electronics engineering, chemistry, business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum +10 years' experience in the Electronic and/or automotive market segment
At least 3 years of Commercial experience in the electronic and automotive manufacturing process industry or technical sales experience with adhesives for electronics -auto market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
