Under the supervision of the Assistant Head of Marketing and Communications and the Cluster Marketing Manager, you will assist in implementing and developing various marketing and communications activities related to the hotel's Food & Beverage services (Epona restaurant, Le Dôme bar, Room Service and the L’Académie conference space).
Assist in coordinating requests between the Marketing and Food & Beverage teams
Help track requirements and ensure deadlines are met
Update Food & Beverage communication materials
Participate in updating, printing and distributing menus and themed menus (print and digital formats)
Assist with updating and sharing information related to Food & Beverage events
Create simple graphic assets using Canva for events and activations
Support the organization of photo shoots (preparation, coordination, selection of visuals)
Contribute to the management and updating of the Food & Beverage image library
Help manage gift voucher requests via the dedicated platform
Assist in updating internal and external platforms for the food & beverage outlets
Contribute to the hotel’s social media activity (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), particularly for F&B offers and events
Participate in creating visual and written content tailored to each channel
Assist in setting up email campaigns (creation, sending, performance tracking) and managing contact lists (CRM)
Support the team in following up with influencers, partners and press contacts
Help manage customer reviews and comments related to Food & Beverage outlets, in line with brand standards and under managerial supervision
Assist in sourcing and liaising with suppliers for marketing materials (printing, digital, promotional items)
Support the operational implementation of marketing actions defined by the team to drive F&B traffic
Conduct monitoring of marketing and digital trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Proficiency with office and graphic creation tools (Canva, Microsoft Office)
Interest in luxury hospitality and marketing
