Provide administrative, operational, and general support to the Content Strategy and Development (CSD) team.
Ensure the seamless execution of training initiatives, manage learning systems and records, and support internal communications to enhance team engagement and capability development.
Lead end-to-end training session setup, including scheduling, invitations, platform configuration, attendance tracking, and post-session documentation.
Coordinate logistics for instructor-led trainings (ILT) and virtual sessions.
Ensure smooth execution of all CSD learning events.
Assist with all post-course administration, including sending feedback requests, collating feedback data, compiling feedback reports, producing course certificates, providing post-course customer service, and liaising with trainers to collect their feedback and ensure that attendance information is returned.
Manage enrollment of DCX team members in LMS courses and training events.
Deactivate LMS credentials as needed.
Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of the CSD database.
Assist with providing website administration: uploading new courses and course dates to the DCX LMS, changing course details, and cancelling courses when required.
Assist with the administration of DCX's LMS, answering staff queries in WD Help, producing reports, collating feedback, marketing, and liaising with the platform providers (TalentLMS, Ispring etc.).
Support the creation, formatting, and uploading of LMS and ILT course materials.
Assist in updating course content to ensure relevance and alignment.
Serve as the administrator for Talent Development Workday (WD) Help Tickets.
Assist with the marketing and publicity of DCX training courses and events, both internally and to external organizations.
Draft and manage internal emails, MS Teams announcements, and Viva Engage postings.
Assist in the content creation for Talent Development Viva Engage communities, such as posts, polls, gamification, or other engagement activities.
Ensure timely and clear communication across stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or Psychology, etc. Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Minimum 1+ years' experience working on a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or Training Assistant or other relevant position.
Excellent communication in both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Forms).
