Reporting to the Regional Director, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan.
Together with the Regional Director, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.
You should possess a strong blend of commercial acumen and technical expertise, coupled with a clear big-picture vision and the drive to translate that vision into tangible results.
You enjoy being in the market, understanding consumer pain points, and developing innovative solutions that address broader market opportunities.
In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end marketing planning, including all communications and activation initiatives.
Requirements
At least 2 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry.
Experience in CRM, PR, Digital Advertising or eCommerce will be a strong advantage.
Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business drivers and P&L management.
Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track sales record in a target driven environment.
Meticulous with a strong analytical mind.
Creatively driven to think out of the box.
Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability.
