Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, handling end-to-end execution including targeting, creative setup, bidding, and budget allocation.
Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns based on real-time data, adjusting creative, audiences, or bidding strategies to improve KPIs and scale winners.
Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to test and evolve ad creative, and share data-driven feedback to improve performance.
Build performance reports and deliver insights in a clear, actionable way.
Translate numbers into strategic recommendations for budget, targeting, and creative.
Stay ahead of changes and updates on Meta and TikTok
Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok).
Proven experience managing budgets of $5,000 USD/month or more.
Strong communication skills—you can confidently present insights and campaign performance.
You understand what drives clicks, not just how to optimise bids.
You think beyond media buying and understand how creative, offers, and landing pages influence results.
You’re familiar with creator-led content (not just polished brand ads).
