7-10 years relevant work experience
5+ years’ experience and technical/functional expertise in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, operations management and/or strategic execution.
3+ years’ experience of ownership strategic execution of programs within the healthcare or behavioral health care sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data
Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material
