Provide real time, business-focused commercial legal advice on commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, SaaS and other technology agreements.
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Facilities, Risk and Compliance, Privacy, Security, IT, HR, and within Legal to identify and solve problems, build partnerships, and complete commercial transactions.
Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks, and process improvements to support efficient contract review and negotiation.
Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution and active state bar license in good standing.
5 or more years of experience within commercial contracts, corporate transactions, technology agreements, or marketing/vendor relationships.
