Provide real time, business-focused commercial legal advice on commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, SaaS and other technology agreements, real estate leases, and contract amendments.
Supports senior counsel on M&A, venture capital, and enterprise initiatives.
Identify potential issues related to data, privacy, and intellectual property for referral to, and collaboration with and escalation to internal subject matter experts.
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Facilities, Risk and Compliance, Privacy, Security, IT, HR, and within Legal to identify and solve problems, build partnerships, and complete commercial transactions.
Anticipate legal concerns and provide creative problem solving in a dynamic business environment.
Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks, and process improvements to support efficient contract review and negotiation.

Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution and active state bar license in good standing.
3 to 5 or more years of experience within commercial contracts, corporate transactions, technology agreements, or marketing/vendor relationships.
