Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries, focusing on high-level individual contributions and advanced technical implementations.
Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms. Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable and innovative solutions.
Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
