Guide the deal team through the Commercial regulatory review process when onboarding or updating customer profiles
Collection, review, validation, of CIP documents; KYC; BOCP form or exclusions/exceptions; third-party research; OFAC screening and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
Determine appropriate level of risk and corresponding requirements
Determine tier of onboarding complexity for appropriate level of review and deal team engagement
Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams with a solution-oriented approach
Proactively manage workflow and extra duties assigned through independent time management
Perform quality control reviews as assigned
Actively seek opportunities to contribute to the success of the team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ Years of Commercial Banking Regulatory Experience
Organization is essential.
