6+ years of experience in software testing.
2+ years in a QA Team Lead role with the proven experience in a complex product environment.
Strong experience in manual testing (Web, native, backend).
Experience designing and implementing test strategies for multi-layer systems.
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and quality gates.
Experience defining and tracking quality metrics.
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Hands-on experience with test automation (Java stack).
