Ensure a safe workplace and promote safety standards set by the organization
Oversee a crew of two to eight field personnel
Manage site activities, materials, and equipment
Work with project manager and assigned engineer to identify material and equipment needed
Direct receiving of equipment and materials at the job site
Track receiving tickets and bills of laden
Organize shipments and activity on the work site deployment of shipments, invoices, and project expenses
Travel may be required depending on the project or contract

High School or GED Required
Minimum three (3) years of experience in civil, tower, electrical, concrete, or structural construction experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience leading teams in a construction environment
Three (3) years of experience operating heavy equipment (excavator, drill rig, hoist, crane, reach fork, etc.)
Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a related field (preferred)
Current and unencumbered driver’s license
CPR and First Aid Training (preferred)
OSHA 30 (preferred)
