EAM System Management: Manages Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology, including system integration, data accuracy, performance dashboards, and reporting.
Lifecycle & Maintenance Operations: Oversees maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory control to minimize downtime and maximize asset life.
Performance & Compliance: Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to improve operational efficiency and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Financial & Resource Management: Develops budgets for maintenance, conducts cost-benefit analyses, and manages capital planning/investment decisions.
Leadership: Leads, trains, and supervises technical staff, while collaborating with stakeholders in IT, Facilities, and Engineering
Strategic Asset Planning: Develops and implements comprehensive asset management policies, procedures, and long-term, risk-based maintenance strategies.
Requirements
5+ years in asset management, operations, or related fields
Proficiency in EAM/CMMS software (e.g., SAP, IBM Maximo, Oracle) and data analytics tools are highly preferred
Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and evaluating asset data and financial metrics are essential
Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills are highly preferred
CITAM and CSAM certifications are required
US Citizenship is required
Ability to maintain a clearance will be a requirement
Good written and verbal skills will be necessary
Bachelors &/or Masters degree will be a requirement
