Serve as primary operational support for Hogan CIS, DDA, TDA, and the Corporate Reference application
Process requests for correction or maintenance promptly, and evaluate requests based on current regulations and compliance guidelines
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution with Hogan BSA and internal technology partners
Maintain documentation, workflows, and operational procedures
Provide subject matter support to the team and business partners in unpredictable scenarios
Perform testing and validation for system enhancements, configuration changes, and vendor releases
Create and produce reports to analyze operational data, reconcile inconsistencies, and to identify trends or performance issues and improvement opportunities
Perform in-depth research utilizing a variety of reports and systems
Build, run, and troubleshoot macros to support bulk processing
Proactively identify opportunities for operational enhancement
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience
At least five years of experience with banking or financial processing or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills
Customer Service experience in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of bank services and operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, managers, and business partners
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to determine priorities, plan, organize, and follow through on tasks
Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word & SharePoint)
