Lead and manage engineering projects for environmental control systems and components, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers, to develop technical solutions and integrated systems.
Perform design analysis, system integration, and validation testing for ECS products, including heat exchangers, fans, and air management components.
Develop technical specifications, system requirements, and design documentation in accordance with Aerospace & Defense standards.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate project status.
Support prototype fabrication, testing, and qualification activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, or Environmental Control Systems.
Experience managing engineering projects from concept through delivery.
Strong technical knowledge in thermal systems, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, or mechanical systems design.
Proficiency in engineering tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, or equivalent.
U.S. Citizenship required (due to DoD contract requirements).
