Work on-site with our clients (large enterprises in the Luxury, Retail and Cosmetics sectors)
Design materials and lead design thinking and scoping workshops
Translate marketing objectives into actionable business rules
Develop and manage the implementation roadmap
Model complex customer journeys
Configure automated workflows across multiple channels
Create dynamic audience segments
Ensure proper data flow between the CRM and the client's ecosystem
Perform technical testing
Ensure data compliance
Requirements
Master's degree (Business school, Engineering school or equivalent university qualification)
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Marketing Automation, ideally gained in a consulting firm or CRM agency
Professional proficiency in English required (frequent international context)
Tool expertise: confirmed expertise on at least two of the following platforms (or strong aptitude for a second): Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brevo or InsiderOne
Proficient in SQL (for segmentation) and solid knowledge of HTML/CSS (for email development)
Hands-on experience with non-email channels (mobile push, WhatsApp, in-app messages)
