About this role

Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions.
Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks, preparing test scripts and conducting tests on both new and existing solutions.
Engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings.
Complete assigned tasks on time while adhering to established software development practices.

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 or more years of related work experience.
Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Proficient knowledge of common Java frameworks such as Spring Boot
Capable of thriving in both independent and team-based work environments.
