Role Overview
- Conduct high-level workers’ compensation claim reviews
- Influence claim strategy with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel
- Identify reserving concerns and closure opportunities
- Partner with Producers in prospect and renewal meetings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on claim performance
- Contribute to agency safety initiatives and strategic planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive workers’ compensation claims experience (complex or litigated claims preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Experience working with carriers, TPAs, or in a claims advocacy role
- Preferred designations: WCIP, WCLS, WCCA
